🧩 Project Challenge
The Sangan substation supplied power to multiple industrial subscribers via 33kV feeders.
However, the utility issued a single consolidated bill, causing confusion and dispute among consumers who needed individualized tracking of usage and billing.
⚙️ Our Solution
Benetoos designed and implemented a smart metering system customized for multi-feeder substations:
- Installed dedicated industrial meters on each 20kV feeder
- Configured a data network connected to a WINCC SCADA system
- Developed a web-based application to allocate and display consumption and cost per user

- EDMI MK6E meters
- WINCC interface for real-time monitoring
- Web application for digital bill segmentation
- RS485 communication with optical fiber integration
